Adapt-A-Lift Getting Greener

Legislation to be introduced in NSW this year will require the introduction of a 'Business Energy Proposal' for all businesses. To assist local industry, the Fairfield City Council in partnership with the Environmental Trust has created their own 'Sustain 'n' Save Program'.

AAL have signed up along with 120 other local businesses for this worthy scheme. AAL NSW state manager Steve Brooks believes, "By qualifying for the program, we are hoping to increase resource efficiency which includes energy and water, improving our environmental performance."

"This will allow us to offset our energy costs with Government assistance and reduce our greenhouse emissions by 8.9ton pa in the future, benefitting both the company & the environment."
