CATs clean up at Visy Recycling

Visy Australia has taken delivery of two new Caterpillar Wheel Loaders for their Gibson Island and Nudgee recycling centres. In February 2008, Adapt-A-Lift were asked by Visy to conduct a site inspection at the company’s Gibson Island plant and make recommendations on how to improve the bulk handling of their materials.

Legislation to be introduced in NSW this year will require the introduction of a ‘Business Energy Proposal’ for all businesses. To assist local industry, the Fairfield City Council in partnership with the Environmental Trust has created their own ‘Sustain ‘n’ Save Program’.
