In addition to this it is vital to improve visibility throughout the workplace in order to reduce risks and improve workplace safety.

One of the most important actions an employer can implement is to ensure effective separation between where forklifts & pedestrians operate. Separation will ensure better flow of traffic; while also safeguarding workers well-being.

This three part series is aimed at helping people understand the risks associated with pedestrian traffic and safety. In part (1) we will introduce you to forklift related injuries.
